Student Killed By Another Student At The William Knibb Memorial High School

A tragic death occurred this afternoon, March 21, at the William Knibb Memorial High School in the parish of Trelawny.
Reports are that 16-year-old Khamal Hall who is a daCosta Cup goalkeeper for the school was fatally stabbed by another student at the school. The reason behind the deadly stabbing has not been determined and the accused is reportedly in the custody of police officers who are conducting further investigations on the matter.
Goal Keeper Hall is from the Hasting District which is located in Trelawny.
On March 9, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) posted on its Twitter page, an image that highlighted weapons that were confiscated from students at a school after conducting a search. The search led to the seizure of thirteen scissors, four knives and pepper sprays amongst others found by Inspector Ishmale Williams and his team from the St. Catherine North Police Division.
