A man named Anthony “Harv” Ellison a known member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods has been handed a 24-year prison sentence in a Manhattan courtroom by Judge Paul Engelmayer on Wednesday.
Harv is the man who kidnapped Tekashi at gun point back in 2018 and according to the courts he was also involved in a bloody incident whereby he slashed the face of an innocent man which lead to the man getting 300 stitches to close the opening made in his face.
“The personal nature to walk up to someone and open up their face is truly horrifying,” a prosecutor stated before also highlighting that Harv did the act just to send a statement to his revival who was a close friend of the person injured.
Harv also spoke in court with regards to the charges laid against him pointing out that his lawyer did not do enough to help him in the trial, “I’m not an angel, but I’m not a monster, either,” he told Judge Engelmayer.
Anthony Ellison has so far received the most amount of years with regards to the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods take-down and he initially was going to get more time behind bars had it not been for the current COVID-19 pandemic.
On the other hand, Tekashi was looking at a possible 47 years behind bars had he not testify against his former gang members.
According to recent reports, Tekashi is currently recovering from an overdose he had as a result of taking too many pills. The “Gummo” rapper was said to be taking pills to lose weight but realized after some time that he was heavily sweating from the consumption of the medicine.
69 was rushed to the hospital and has not since been seen taking any photos or posting anything on Instagram as he usually does.
