The Jamaican constabulary force report this 17yo female missing
Jamaica has seen another one of its little princesses gone missing, the latest person to be reported missing by the Jamaica Constabulary Force is teenager Jhenelle Smith and she was last spotted in a black dress and multi-colored shoes in the Tower Aisle community of the St. Mary Parish.
That date was on August 21st of this year.
