The Prosecution Struggled to Answer Vital Questions During Day 4 of Kartel’s Pre-Trial Hearing Says Dionne Jackson Miller – Watch Video

According to Dionne Jackson Miller, “the prosecution did struggle a bit” in court on Thursday, June 13, 2024, with regard to certain matters related to the case including the question of a retrial.

Jackson Miller outlined three points that were lacking if a retrial should take place: how expensive the retrial will be, if the witnesses are readily available, and why the case has taken this long.

The pre-trial hearing which is expected to conclude on Friday surrounds Entertainer Vybz Kartel and the other 3 co-accused men in the murder case of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.
