These 6 Guns Were Seized From MoBay Wharf Yesterday

According to reports, customs officers at the Freeport wharf in Montego Bay were conducting a routine check when they pounced upon a suspicious barrel which was subsequently stripped, six illegal firearms with over 1,500 assorted rounds were discovered by the customs officers and Police.

Six 9mm semi-automatic pistols were found states the police. No one was arrested with regards to the illegal findings.

“This massive firearm and ammunition find is the second of this magnitude since the state of public emergency has been declared in St James on April 30,” An officer told The Star.
