Police reports stated that Bailey asked if he could retrieve a bag with personal items from a person at the gate of the quarantine centre and he was allowed to do so, before he got into the White Tida motor car that sped away with him at approximately 7:40 on Monday.

He was found in the Waltham Park area by a team from the Ministry of Health and the Jamaica Constabulary Force on Tuesday at about 2 am.

The police had issued a public advisory and then received information about where he was seen. He was then found in the company of a woman.

He is now back in quarantine and the police are now doing intensive investigations. Friends and relatives were advised that they should not accommodate him if he visited them because he is going through the high-risk period.
