Reports are that Mr. Chang was last seen on March 14, 2020, he was accompanied by a female who answers to the name DD.

Mr. Chang is a well-known computer specialist and a past student of Jamaica College, Chang has worked closely with several road races across the island and also involved in JC track meets.
Natasha Chang, his daughter reported that he left home for Waterfalls in Portland. A body was found earlier today and has been speculated to be his.
