Toni-Ann Singh from Jamaica is crowned Miss World 2019

Toni-Ann Singh was crowned Miss World 2019 earlier today December 14th in London at the ExCeL London convention centre. Toni-Ann Singh is the 4th Jamaican to win the coveted award! previous Jamaican winners include the most recent “Lisa Hanna” in 1993, “Carole Joan Crawford” in 1963 and Cindy Breakspeare in 1976.

She was asked how does she feel, “this feels like a dream i am jus so grateful, thank you… i’m ready to get to work” stated Toni-Ann after winning the award.

Toni-Ann Sing who is 23 years old and is from St. Thomas wowed the crowd with her voice and was said to be “Whitney-est” by English broadcaster and TV personality Piers Morgan who also complimented her on having an “Amazing Voice” that would be worthy to win any talent show.

With regard to a singing career in the future, Toni-Ann stated that “If the door is open i’ll walk through it”.

A baeeeeee!” while another said “The culmination of the 1619-2019 Year of Return with this win Miss Jamaica now joins Miss South Africa and the current three American title holders, as a reminder that this year truly belongs to the African Diaspora”.

Miss South Africa won Miss Universe last week now another black princess wins the special award for females around the world.
