Update: Police Investigator Testifies In Ninja Man’s Murder Trial

[Sharingbuttons]A female police investigator testified yesterday at the trial of dancehall veteran Ninja Man.

The policewoman revealed she conducted investigations and collected statements from several prosecution witnesses in the case. There was an early adjournment in the case yesterday due to the fact that the police officer who the crown is relying on to tender certain statements in evidence will not be available until today.

The trial is being held in camera and evidence have been led by the prosecution implicating Ninja Man in the murder. Ninja Man and his son Jamiel and Dennis Clayton are on trial for the murder of Ricardo Johnson also called Trooper.

He was fatally shot eight years ago on Marl Road in Kingston 11.

Ninja Man and the others will remain in custody until the trial is completed.
