As the Stock and Securities Limited investigation continues, more information is made available to the public on a daily basis. Usain Bolt recently delivered his first public speech on the subject since it was revealed that he had been defrauded of over $JMD 1 billion at the launch of the Gibson McCook Relay Launch.
Bolt stated that he was trying not to think about the situation too much because it was stressful, and he even stated that he loved his country regardless of what happened. In a recent release by the Twitter page Abka Fitz-Henley, it has been revealed to the public just how much Usain Bolt invested in the company Stocks and Securities Limited over the course of several years.
It was reported that Bolt invested US$6.2 million into the organisation between 2012 and 2017 in multiple portions, but as soon as they were deposited, they were withdrawn from his account.
It went on to state that between the years of 2019 and 2022, the sprinter invested a total of US$900,000; however, that sum was also withdrawn from the account.

Because of this startling revelation about the sprinter’s accounts, most eyes have been pointed at his account manager, Jean Panton who was in charge of Bolt’s accounts/investments.
According to information released on Sunday by Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke, SSL was found to be in several operational breaches back in 2019 and was instructed to take corrective actions. As a result of the 2019 review, SSL reportedly held on to over 1 billion in money that was intended for investment by clients.
