Usher’s Herpes Case Closed

It was reported recently that Laura Helm the Georgia woman who accused Usher of giving her herpes, decided to drop the lawsuit against him as they have reached an amicable settlement for a second time. This makes it impossible for her to file the lawsuit for a third.

It was reported that the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice; a term used when there was a financial settlement.
Helm had accused Usher and sued him for $10 million in 2017 but she doubled the claim after she added other charges and stated that she had suffered emotional harm, battery, fraud and negligence.

The lawyers who represented both parties did not discuss the details of the case. A Source revealed that Helm was recorded in a phone conversation when she said she didn’t have unprotected sex with Usher, whose full name is Usher Raymond.

She filed to dismiss the case a few month’s later. Helm, is also a singer.

Usher was married to Tameka Foster and they had three children together, one of them died in a jet ski accident in 2012. We hope this case will be settled soon so he can live a good life.
