Vershon Shows How Popular He Is In Gambia – Video

Dancehall artiste Vershon is doing well for himself even though he might not be in the limelight, the reach of his music was proven recently when he posted an Instagram video of him in Gambia doing what seems to be a promotion for a show in the African country.

In the footage, the entertainer whose real name is Kemar Vershawn could be seen on the top of a car driving through the streets of Gambia with fellow Jamaica deejay Delly ranks. The post featured 10 slides showing different areas that the deejay and his team passed through.

At this point, it is not often you hear Jamaican artiste going to Africa otherwise from the recent trips from Spice and Popcaan, so it is certainly remarkable to see Vershon doing what a lot of other entertainers only dream of.

And the greatest thing about what the “Opinion” singer did, was that the music seemed to be resonating with the Gambian people, as it could be seen in the video where many persons were chasing the vehicle he was travelling on top of, showing that he is most likely well known in the area.

While traversing through the streets the talented Dancehall act played many of his songs including “Clean Mi Heart Too Clean”, “Dutty Tuff”, “Weh Dem Know Bout”, ” No Worries” and many others.

In the slides, the fans that took to his comments were loving the moment as many of them complimented him on the big move and encouraged him to push on.
