Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel is giving Dancer Shelly Belly his flowers as the Dancing King, and about the declaration made by the “King Of Dancehall,” he has made his statement clear whilst making it known it cannot be argued.

The revelation was this Monday shared via Instagram by the popular dancer who made a post that seemed to have been an article takeaway from one of the popular news mediums.
