On Friday, a day after his habeas corpus application was rejected by Justice Andrea Thomas in the Supreme Court in Downtown, Kingston, Vybz Kartel took to social media to get advice from his fans about a possible major future move.

48-year-old Adidja Palmer, professionally known as Vybz Kartel shared a photo of himself smiling, the photo has a text that reads, “St. Catherine South, vote for ADIDJA PALMER as your new member of Parliament 2025.”

As a caption for the shared post, he asked, “Gazanation weh u say? You think mi coulda lose?” As seen in the screenshot below, many Jamaicans are in full support of the Gaza deejay.

Notably, Vybz Kartel’s home town, Waterford is located in Portmore which in southern St. Catherine. Hence representing the area seems to be a logical move.

It must also be mentioned that Vybz Kartel‘s lead attorney, Isat Buchanan is a PNP supporter who has strong ties with the leader of the PNP Mark Golding, Mark Golding has also talked favourable of Vybz Kartel in recent times.

Vybz Kartel‘s case will next appear in the Jamaica Court of Appeal on June 10 to decide whether the four men accused should be released or retried for Clive Williams’ murder which reportedly took place in August of 2011.
