Vybz Kartel Shows off ‘Brick pon Brick’ of US Dollar
On Tuesday, Vybz Kartel showed four stacks of seemingly pure $100 US bills, an increase to his previously shared $3600 USD. In the photo, the money is laid out on what appears to be a bed as he holds on to a leg, presumably that of his partner Sidem.
The cash was shown a day after the location and concert name for his first show post-prison were revealed to the public. Ticket prices though not revealed yet are expected to be expensive when released on August 31 at 3 Am.
Rumours are circulating online that the artiste was paid in the million USD brocket to perform at the show by Down Sound Entertainment. Kartel is yet to confirm a figure, however, he did allude to it being a lot of money.
Notably, writings on the paper that raps one of the stacks of cash stated, Ocho Rios, Scotia, August 21 and 2024. Hence the money was more than likely received recently. The cash shown is estimated to be around $40,000 USD which equals to around $6.2 million JMD.
