Vybz Kartel Shows Support For Co-Convict Andre “Mad Suss” St. John’s Daughter Who Won At Gibson McCook Relays
Incarcerated Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel posted video snippets on Instagram showing his enthusiasm as he proudly supported the daughter of his co-accused, Andre “Mad Suss” St. John as she dominates the tracks at the Gibson McCook Relays 2022.
Vybz Kartel captioned one of the videos “Teddy aka Mad Suss daughter, faster dan a taxi weh charter! Bare star de a #GAZA #OliviaStjohn #starsprinter”. Olivia St. John is seen soaring past her opponents in the third leg of the relay as she hands the baton first to her teammate. Dressed in a yellow top and green bottom, the agility of the young athlete is one to look out for.

Likewise, Vybz Kartel posted another video that shows Olivia St. John running the 100m race, whilst crossing the finish line with her competitors more than arm’s length behind. In 2014, Andre “Mad Suss” St. John along with Vybz Kartel and two others were sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Clive “Lizard” Johnson. “Mad Puss” will be eligible for parole after 30 years while Vybz Kartel will be eligible after 35 years.
