Dancehall stalwart Beenie Man has delivered on his promise after sending his heartfelt plea, via video, to fans of his and the world at large in an effort to cure former Dancehall Queen Carlene Smith’s sister Pinky. Beenie Man went Live via Instagram alongside Pinky to give details to persons interested in donating to the Beenie Man Foundation to help pay for Pinky’s cancer treatment and hospital bills.
The entertainer also mentioned that Pinky had been diagnosed with stage four cancer. The emotional deejay started his plea by stating on Instagram Live, “This can be any of us, Pinky didn’t born with cancer…who born with cancer? You just get cancer, it could be any one of us. Please we can save her, please help me save Pinky, please am begging you.”

The dancehall entertainer implored fans to give whatever they had as he continued his emotional plea. “If you got five dollars or ten dollars, we need $50,000 US by today, so by tomorrow we can fly out and go do the operation,” Beenie Man explained.
He went on to outline that he had posted the links that led directly to his foundation for donators and that all details were posted in the description of the Instagram live. The dancehall superstar also told viewers that he had already donated a large sum to Pinky cause but that more was needed.
“$50,000 is not enough $50,000 is just to get her in the hospital, just want you to know still, if you want to know, we need more money than that, we need like $75,000 US to really get her better,” Beenie Man stated in closing.
