Today April 9 is the final day of the Boys and Girls High Schools Championships in Jamaica and as usual multiple records were broken, one of which was the 200m class one meet record that was broken by Brianna lyston of Hydel High School.
Brianna, running against a negative wind(-2.20m/s) was able to cross the finish line an impressive one second ahead of second-placed Kaylia Kelly of Vere Technical High School. Brianna finished at a time of 22.53s which is now the fastest time ever run by a schoolgirl in Jamaica at the national stadium
