“Why you say Negro” PSG vs Istanbul Basaksehir Football Match Called Off after Racial Slur – Video

Only 14 minutes worth of football was played before the Champions League match between PSG and Istanbul Basaksehir in Group H was called off after a racist slur was made by an official.
The incident took place after a strong tackle was made by a PSG player on to an Istanbul player, something the Istanbul bench was not happy about hence things was said leading up to the racial slur and a red card being given.
Fourth official Sebastian Coltescu used a racist term towards assistant coach Pierre Webo, according to several Istanbul Basaksehir players and coaching staff, the assistant referee addressed Webo as “negro”.
After about 8 minutes of deliberation the Basaksehir team walked off the field, PSG walked off the field minutes later.
Uefa has since responded to the matter, stating “after discussion with both clubs – decided on an exceptional basis to have the remaining minutes of the match played tomorrow with a new team of match officials.
