Woman Charged after Threatening to Kill Jamaican-American Judge in Trump’s Federal Case
Tanya Sue Chutkan, a Jamaican-born District Judge who is currently overseeing the latest case brought against Donald Trump with regards to the interference in the 2020 presidential election is seemingly having a hard time on the job.
Donald Trump recently requested her removal from the case and even more recently she was racially abused and her life threatened.

The threat was sent out via voicemail by a Texas woman Abigail Jo Shry who has now been charged with Foreign Commerce of any Communication Containing a Threat to Injure the Person of Another.

The threats were made on the 5th of August, Tanya Sue Chutkan was called a “stupid slave n***er” and also the Abigail threatened to “kill anyone who went after former President Trump,” according to reports by CNN.
According to court documents Jo Shry stated, “If Trump doesn’t get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b*tch […] You are in our sights, we want to kill you.”
The threats continued, “You will be targeted personally, publicly, your family, all of it.”
Jo Shry reportedly admitted to making the call and issuing the threats, however, she also stated that she did not plan on acting on the threats. She “had no plans to travel to Washington, DC or Houston to carry out anything,” a report stated.
Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan was assigned by former US President Barack Obama, she is seen as an old opposer of President Trump.
Trump’s criminal case is currently being carried out in Washington DC.
Jo Shry is currently being held and pending trial with a bail airing set for the 13th of September.
