11-Year-Old Boy’s Fatal Circumcision Surgery Leaves Family With Questions

In a tragic story, a Clarendon family who travelled to Portmore on May 24 for a medical procedure is left in tears and with many unanswered questions after the passing of their 11-year-old family member Jevanie Smith after circumcision surgery.
