Robert Fowler Charged with the Murder of Khanice Jackson

Today, the 50-year-old suspect in the killing of Khanice Jackson was charged for her murder which took place last Tuesday in Portmore. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Fitz Bailey the suspect submitted a caution statement prior to being charged today.
Bailey stated that the mechanic picked up 20 year old Jackson then went to his home claiming that he left a tool there.
Based on the investigation Miss Jackson was killed between 7AM and 9AM on Tuesday, March 23rd. It was clarified that there was not a relationship between the two and Mr Fowler killed her after things did not go as planned, he strangled her with a rope which was also found at his home.
The female was said to be sexually assaulted by Fowler however it’s unclear whether he committed the act before or after he killed her. He left the body at his home and went to work the same day, he returned to dump the body after work. According to Fowler in his statement, the body was removed from the location he first dumped it and placed at the location off Dyke Road.
Robert Fowler will appear in court on the 9th of April, 2020.
