Father Charged with Raping 2 of His Daughters Denied Bail
On Tuesday in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court, a father of four children who is being accused of abusing two of them was denied bail. The man is accused of sexually abusing two of his daughters.
According to reports, the accused has obtained multiple charges which include incest, two counts of rape, cruelty to a child, two counts of grievous sexual assault, sexual touching, assaulting a female, and indecent assault. Allegations state that between 2009 to 2012, and 2014 to 2023 the plaintiffs, who are still minors, were forced to endure years of sexual abuse at the hands of their father, the accused.
The name of the children’s father will be kept under wraps in order to protect the children’s identity.
The accused is reported to have kissed the girls on multiple occasions, as well as having touched and fondled their private areas. Additionally, one of the girls mentioned that he started to abuse her at the age of five when he would sneak into her room at night, climb on top of her, and pleasure himself.
This developed into the girl’s father carrying out oral sex on her, and on a night seven years ago (2016) the claimant stated that both she and the accuser were sleeping in the same bed when he shook her awake in the middle of the night and demanded that she gave him oral sex.
The unidentified male has been remanded until Friday, September 29, 2023.
