Jahshii Drops New Song Shading Gage and Vershon: Vershon Claps Back

Hours after Dancehall artiste Jahshii released his latest song titled ‘Never Last‘ in which he shades Vershon and Gage in by saying, “Yuh si the journey nuh ask if a furlong, mi neva give up like Gage and Vershon,” Vershon took to social media to reply to the Grants Pen deejay.
In reply, Vershon shared a photo of Jahshii to his Instagram story on Sunday, notably, the photo of Jahshii shows the young deejay with Popcaan’s ‘876 GUD’ chain around his neck. Vershon shared this photo, in particular, to allude to Popcaan being the culprit behind Jashii shading him.
Vershon wrote, “This is what happens when the dogs them don’t know how to be leaders! Yu wi mek a man put a chain pon yu!!! #IfYuhjknoYuKno #BrukYuhFuk.” He also tagged his recently released song titled ‘Pillow Talk’ to the post.
It must be mentioned that Jahshii and Popcaan are close associates in Dancehall and Vershon’s ‘Pillow Talk’ song is a song that has several lines in it that shade Popcaan.
While it’s unclear as to why Jashhii shaded Gage, Dancehall fans believe Verhson was shaded because of his public statements about Popcaan.
Also in past interviews, Verhson highlighted Popcaan’s “Selfish Behaviour” and claims that the St. Thomas native has a lack of regard for his crew members, often times disrespecting them.
Back in May, Vershon said Popcaan sent him a comical voicenote, following his statements about him. According to Verhson, Popcaan said “yo Vershon go suck yo madda” in the voice note in a comical manner.
