Baby Reportedly Drowns In Bathwater In Portmore

An investigation has been launched into the death of a 1-year-old baby who the police suspect to have drowned in his bathwater at a home in Bridgeport, Portmore, St Catherine.

The incident that happened on Tuesday reportedly occurred around 12:50 PM, when baby Benton Cohall Jr was home with his parents, who found him lying face-down in a bath pan of water.

Benton was rushed to the hospital and he was pronounced dead.
