Davian Bryan Found In Portland

Suspected serial abductor Davian who has been on the run since September 2021 was captured by the police in Portland.

As reported By Nation Wide News, a senior member of the JCF has confirmed that Bryan who was one of the most wanted men on the island, is currently in the police’s custody after being apprehended on Wednesday, March 23.

Bryan was found in the district of Durham in Portland late Wednesday, he was transported to a Police station where he spent Wednesday night, the search was a joint operation by the police and residents.

He was wanted for the abduction of 13-year-old Winshay Barrett and 9-year-old Phylisa Prussia, both of St. Thomas addresses.

Barrett was reportedly attending to animals with her older sister when she was last seen on the day that she was abducted, she was found days later in Spring Bank of St. Thomas, some 3 miles from where she lives, she was found by herself in a woodland area.

According to reports, Bryan manipulated the girls into gaining his trust, one of the girls even begged that he not be hurt after she was found.

Both girls were found without major injuries.

Bryan is said to have had a troubled past and was out on bail for rape and illegal firearm charge, which saw him also being requested not to enter the Parish of Portland unless he is doing so for court purposes.
