Nicole Young, Dr. Dre’s wife spoke about years of abuse as she made new claims during the hearing as the divorce case drags on, even though her husband is still in the ICU after he suffered a brain aneurysm recently.
Sources revealed that new claims she made involved details about the rapper holding a gun to her head in 2000 and again in 2001.
She added that he punched her in her face and head and in 2016 he allegedly kicked down a bedroom door when she was trying to hide from the abuse.
Even though Dr. Dre had denied these claims earlier in the court hearings, Nicole is now saying that he was lying.
She believes she now suffers from post-traumatic stress syndrome and deserves to be awarded $2 million per month for spousal support.
The couple got married 25 years ago and there was one report that was made to the police after the music Mogul had allegedly slammed her against the wall and lifted her off the floor by her neck.
Nicole revealed that she was isolated and abused and didn’t keep a record of the many times her husband relentlessly abused and controlled her, but it went on for almost a half of her life.
As the divorce proceeding continue Dr. Dre agreed to pay $2 million for spousal support, the cost linked to her mother’s Pacific Palisades and her Malibu home.
