Everton “Beachy Stout” Mcdonald’s Murder Charge Lowered to this…

According to a report from the Jamaica Gleaner, Portland businessman Everton Mcdonald’s murder Charge was downgraded to conspiracy to murder after earlier being charged for murder by the police.

65-year-old Mcdonald aka Beachy Stout has been in police lockup for several weeks for the death of his wife, 32-year-old Tonian Hamilton-McDonald whose remains were found in a burnt car along an abandoned road months ago.

Seemingly the change in charge was made after the main witness a 46 years old fisherman whose name is Denvalyn Minott testified that Mr. Macdonald who is also known as Mr. Mack was nowhere near the scene when the crime took place. Minott earlier pleaded guilty for the murder of Mrs. Mcdonald.

According to Minott, he was hired by Beachy Stout to do the killing for 3 million dollars but ended up subcontracting someone else to do the act.

With this evidence, it would appear that the prosecution team will better have a case against Everton Mcdonald for conspiracy to murder rather than Murder.

According to Attorney at law Bert Samuels, Everton Mcdonald and his co-accused had planned a bail application however it happens that they now have to put it off until October 8 since there has been a change in how the case will be handled.
