Firearm Seized After a Deadly Confrontation with a Man
A man was fatally shot on Marl Road in Spanish Town, St Catherine during a deadly confrontation with the police yesterday.

The dead man was later identified as 22-year-old, Patrick Brown who was also called Pops of Sunshine Crescent, Gordon Pen in the same parish.
A source revealed that the police reported that a 9mm Glock pistol containing 3 rounds of ammunition was seized during the confrontation.
Both the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) and the Inspectorate of Constabulary (IOC) are investigating the incident.
