“The difference with me is… mi nah look credit, me a speak of mi work… mi duh the work fi him,” during the speech he expressed that he was around the artiste before he got the big break hence he’s not a groupie.

“Him nah gi me mi props suh if mi nuh speak of mi props how mi pickney them ago know seh them father did great… a mi mek Mavado rich… just the truth… me just affi speak my story now mi tired… As long as him nah gi mi mi props, mi ago talk bout mi props and it ago hurt him when mi talk,” Foota detailed during the rant that was shared online on Wednesday.

With regards to how Mavado got his first hit song titled ‘Real Mockoy’ on the Anger Management Riddim released in 2004, Foota Hype recalls paying the expenses, including taxi fare to get Mavado to the studio to voice the song.

He next detailed that the producers initially did not like the sound of the song, saying that it was ‘off key’. However, Foota says he pointed out to the producers that a big song in Dancehall was also ‘off key’ hence they should mix the song and let him get it to promote.

One of the speeches that stood out in the live was when Foota Hype said Mavado is living in his glory and in return telling people that he’s badmind. “Mi wah respect,” declares Footage Hype before outlining that ‘respect’ is the root of their issues. “Yuh nuh wah tell people seh a Foota mek everything happen fi yo,” he states.
