Dancehall artiste Intence throws jabs at Prime Minister (PM) Andrew Holness in a preview of an unreleased song by letting him know that scamming will not be stopping anytime soon, regardless of how he blatantly disapproves of the act.
“Andrew Holness say we wrong again, say the music a sing fi d scamma dem… seh fi lowe the chip and d banger dem.. but den again.. nothing nah gwaan seh wi bruk like dog, some fully educated and can’t get a job,” Intence sings.
These comments by the entertainer follow PM Holness’ statement about being “embarrassed” about Guyana banning Skeng and similar artistes from all future public performances in the country. He also noted that he is concerned about the type of music being put forward by the entertainers such as “Whap Whap”, “Ensure” and “Chop Chop”.
