Jamaica Lost to Costa Rica 0-1

The Reggae Boyz tackled Costa Rica moments ago in the deciding match for group C in the CONCACAF Gold cup, unfortunately, the Boyz lost the match via a goal that was scored by the Costa Ricans earlier second half.

This result means that Jamaica finished Group C in second place and will face the USA in the quarter-final which is scheduled for Sunday.

So far, Jamaica won two matches and lost their 3rd match. Even though the Boyz lost today, this performance is said to be the best by the team since the tournament.

The match took place at the Exploria Stadium in Orlando Florida, kick off time was at 6:00 PM, however the match was paused for a while shortly after kick-off because of bad weather.

Leon Bailey notably did not play.
