Jamaica vs. Guatemala in Gold Cup Quarterfinal This Sunday
On Tuesday night, Reggae Boyz’ opponent for the Gold Cup Quarter Finals was confirmed after Guatemala pulled off a 3-2 victory over Guadeloupe in New Jersey.
Based on Tuesday’s results, the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup Schedule for the quarter-finals includes Jamaica vs Guatemala on Sunday, July 9 at 4 p.m. Check out more fixtures below:
The Reggae Boyz will be heading into the two matches against Guatemala as favourites to progress to the semi-finals.
Despite playing for a year without a win until the matchup against Trinidad and Tobago last week, the Boyz are looking better and better with every match played so far in the competition.
The Boyz managed to score a total of 10 goals in the group stage of the 2023 Gold Cup, the most the Boyz have ever scored in the group stage of a major competition.
