Kathy-Ann Smith Interviewed By INDECOM Today

Kathy-Ann Smith, the district constable and baby mother of Noel Maitland, the man charged for the murder of the missing social media influencer, was interviewed on Wednesday by the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM).
According to reports, Smith is being represented by prominent attorney-at-law, Oswest Senior Smith and was served a witness summons by INDECOM in relation to the disappearance of social media influencer, Donna-lee Donaldson.
Arising from today’s interview, Deputy Commissioner of INDECOM, Hamish Campbell disclosed to the Observer Online that the findings will be referred to the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) which will aid in the active investigation.
The case of Donna-Lee Donaldson has drawn nationwide attention since she was reported missing on July 13.
