Kaylan’s Mother gives Update on her recent Surgery and Cake Sale – Video
From a LIVE Chat, Kaylan’s mother Veniesha Buckley informed friends that Kaylan is coming along quite well despite a few little glitches – Veniesha spoke to viewers regarding some cakes she’s selling to fulfill some of the financial requirements of Kaylan’s heart surgery, she also gave updates on Kaylan’s situation.
She said Kaylan now has a pacemaker placed inside her chest, a tool that is used as a support mechanism for the heart, it helps to prevent the heart from stopping. She also mentioned that Kaylan’s lungs need attention as well, but pointed to the heart as the main focus at this time.

She also advised viewers that Kaylan has started moving her limbs again. The devoted woman of God says, she places all her faith in God, remembering the 7 cardiac arrests Kaylan already experienced on this journey (some spanning from 4, 7 and even 20 minutes long).
Veniesha Buckley also said that a ventilator is being used to support Kaylan due to her situation. The mother of the teenager especially asks that we all send prayers up for Kaylan.
