Mentally Ill Man Steals Car in Portland – Watch Video
This video shows the moment a mentally ill man drove away a parked car in Buff Bay, Portland.
The footage which was seemingly captured by CCTV begins with a man walking along the sidewalk followed by him entering a parked car. Moments after the man entered the car, another male can be seen entering the frame of the camera as he ran towards the car.
The second male got to the car and placed a hand through the window in an effort to stop the mentally ill man from driving off, but he failed to stop the mentally ill man who drove off as the other man dangles from the window.
The distressed man quickly set himself free from the car and watched the mentally ill man drive off. The video cut shortly after.
The video has the caption, Mad man Leon thief car a buff bay,” followed by laughing emojis.
One person watch the video and jokingly said, “Dawg jus want a drive fi guh link him gyal,” while another asked, “wonder if him can drive?”
