Policeman Shoots Himself by Accident in St. Mary
As per reports, a police sergeant who lives in Boscobel, St. Mary, was at home getting ready for work when he accidentally shot himself.

Details are that, the lawman who is assigned to the Ocho Rios Police Station in St. Ann was placing his firearm in his waist Sunday morning when an explosion was heard.
As a result of the accident, he was shot in the leg and was initially taken to a medical facility nearby for treatment, however, he was later transferred to another medical facility.
The injury is regarded as non-life-threatening.
The policeman‘s name was not revealed.
