Shenseea first left a riveting message to her critics in response to her newly dropped freestyle, ‘Beama,’ letting them know that her versatility spans more than just the usual and she will not be limited when it comes to creating music.
On Wednesday, the Lick artiste dropped the ‘Beama‘ freestyle where she transitioned between Dancehall and Rap, showcasing her versatility in both genres. While this single was praised by many, it was also widely criticized by social media who stated that the lyrics sounded mediocre and suggested that Shenseea return to her Caribbean roots and do only dancehall.
In response to these criticisms, she followed up with a post that says, “I DJ/Rap & Sing. I’m not gonna limit myself to do one when I can do both.”
Soon after, Shenseea continued to promote ‘Beama‘ by posting a further update telling persons to stay tuned to it being dropped tonight on one of the online stores or streaming services.

Since the ‘Beama’ single was premiered, people have questioned whether there is a brewing beef between the “Dancehall princess” and the crowned Queen of Dancehall, Spice.
“Bitches look like lump, say your grace lets eat,” is the line that have raised speculations, seeing that Spice’s real name is Grace Hamilton.
