Shenseea after a successful Reggae Sumfest performance took to her twitter to update her fans on her mental state and give them thanks for their endless support after losing her mother.

The talented female dancehall artist lost her mom as a result of a sudden illness and since then Shenseea has made it clear that things are not the same and she needs support in the form of strength and not condolences.

Shenseea laid her mother to rest two weeks ago and she as been low key online since.

Over the weekend was Reggae Sumfest 2020 and Shenseea was a highlight of the show. This was her first performance since the passing of her mother and many were wondering what would it be like, while performing fans were online supporting her in the comments expressing how strong she was and how they love her.

Shenseea after her performance gave thanks by stating ‘I just want to let you all know..I REALLY CANNOT express how thankful I am. This is the hardest time of my life and the support is really comforting and helpful..motivating me to pull through I’m praying for all those who’ve lost a loved one. Death, is very HARD to handle”.
