Tommy Lee’s Fate to be Determine by Tribunal

It has been weeks now and Tommy Lee Sparta is still being held at the Freeport police station under the arms of the (SOE).

The dancehall artist properly known as Leroy Russel was taken in custody as a person of interest on July 7 after his name had been attached to the upsurge in violence in Flankers Montego Bay.

A Tribunal sitting starting on the 10th of August and taking place on the 13th and 14th of August on zoom will aid the authorities to make a final decision on the deejay’s freedom.

Attorney at law Lambert Johnson from the Cornwall Bar association as well as Attorney at law Don Foote is stating that Tommy Lee could potentially sue the government for false arrest.

These statements were made as it seems as if the police have been victimising Tommy Lee for years by locking him up without charges and repeating the process.

According to the mentioned lawyers, they stated that it is the usual practice for the police to do false imprisonments under (SOE).

We will need to wait until next week to see if the deejay will walk free however fans are already in an eager state to see his freedom.
