Twitter’s New ‘X’ Logo Facing Backlash As ‘Wtf is X’ Trends Worldwide

Recently, Elon Musk-owned Twitter launched its new logo, ‘X’, as part of a major rebranding initiative that replaces its iconic blue bird logo with a fresh new look. Over the weekend, the “X” was fully implemented on the mobile app.

Since the new updates, Twitter users have been displaying mixed reactions with most users seemingly against the change. As a result, countless memes have been posted to the Twitter community.

The blue Twitter bird is being shown in a popular meme, whereby it stands outside Twitter’s headquarters saying, “I was fired.”

Twitter users around the world were left scratching their heads, trying to figure out what the logo meant. Which culminated in ‘Wtf is X’ trending wildly on the popular social platform. This reaction highlighted Twitter’s power as a global medium for expressing opinions and making an impact.
