Two One Don Gang Members Injure Police Officers At The Supreme Court

Two co-accused in the One Don Gang trial are currently facing a raft of additional charges including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, malicious destruction of property and unlawful wounding.

Reports are that on February 8, 2022, law enforcement officers attempted to transport gang members Tyreek James and Fabian Johnson back to their remand center from the Supreme Court. However, both men allegedly attacked the officers after refusing to enter the cell section of a pickup truck.

This attack on the officers left one of them nursing swelling and bruising in the face, neck and right hand. Additionally, a female officer was reportedly caught in the mix when she intervened. She allegedly had to receive medical attention for the blows she received to her breast.

Both men have been scheduled to appear in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court this month to answer the charges related to the February 8, 2022 incident.

The One Don Gang trial includes 33 members from the revered Klansman/Clansman gang in Spanish Town, they are being tried on an indictment with 25 counts under the Criminal Justice (Suppression of Crime Organizations) Act and the Firearms Act.
