WATCH: Car Thieves Caught in Action on Camera
A group of at least four men were caught in action during their own version of grand theft auto when security footage captured them stealing a car early Sunday morning.
The footage, time-stamped for Sunday, December 10, 2023, at sometime after 2 AM, showed a car pulling up and two men getting out onto a street that had many cars parked, the footage also shows the men approaching one of them.
Another man follows in the same direction, stopping briefly to say something to someone not caught on camera in that frame.
The third individual had a distinct limp attributed to a bend in his left leg (that could have been from an injury or birth defect), and all three men proceeded to the vehicle they planned to take.
After a successful attempt, two of the three men are seen walking back to the car they came in and they are joined by the fourth man who may have been given the duty of lookout.
Three of the men climbed into their getaway car and drove off while the other stayed behind to drive the stolen vehicle.
The video was initially shared by Politricks Watch on YouTube. The stolen car was eventually stripped of some of its valuables and abandoned.
