WATCH: Masicka’s Upcoming Music Video Behind-The-Scenes Footage

As dancehall artiste Javaun Fearon, professionally known as Masicka, continues to tease new music, behind-the-scenes footage of the Update deejay filming what appears to be his latest music video has been released online.

Following his partnership with New York-based recording label Def Jam Recordings in February, Masicka announced in March that the follow-up album to his debut album, 438, had been completed. 438 was well received by the artiste’s fans and has been widely praised as one of the best, if not the best, dancehall albums released in the last decade.

Masicka has since been teasing new music as fans patiently await the release of his next major project. In a post captioned “Sure ting 🎶 newnew,” the Image deejay shared a photo from an apparent yet-to-be-released music video on Instagram on April 28.

In new behind-the-scenes footage circulating on social media, Masicka can be seen rocking similar attire as in the photo. While Masicka vibes to music in the background on a motorcycle, videographers film the deejay and the extras on the set of the shoot.
