The dancehall selector references Vybz Kartel song Stamma as the song that benefitted from Busy stolen style. To strengthen his point as his claims were challenged by the interviewer, Foota went on to state that Kartel has stolen the most styles and melodies in dancehall, more than any other Jamaican deejay.

Foota Hype describes the incarcerated deejay as a “craft man” and he was trying to craft Busy Signal, which led to him and Mavado drawing the line against him. The Selector revealed that was the main reason which caused the Mavado and Kartel feud.
As he continued his story, Foota said that following a confrontation between Kartel and one of Bounty Killer ‘Soldiers’ at Elephant Man’s Party, which was held at Mas Camp, he and Kartel fell out after Kartel accused him of holding on to him during the confrontation.
