Dancehall king, Beenie Man, has sent his thanks for all the condolences and support he and his family got while mourning the death of his mother.
Di girls dem sugar, whose real name is Moses Davis, told his followers via an Instagram video that he loves the good wishes coming in from his friends, fans, and co-workers in the entertainment industry.

He also said that he wants all the fans to realize that his mother, whose name is Lilieth Sewell, is now in heaven with God as she was a devoted Christian.
Lilieth passed away at the age of “63” this month. Moses closed out the Instagram video by telling his followers that prayers of strength are necessary for the family at this time.

Over the weekend, Beenie Man was hosting an event to celebrate the life of his late mother when he was visited by the police and told to end the event he had going on. This caused rumours to fly online that the DJ was locked up however the police after outlined that the Dancehall king was not arrested nor Locked up.
“He was instructed to close it off. He did comply and the fact that he complied then, there would be no need to arrest him,” Lindsay also told The Gleaner.
Its unclear when the funeral will be held or what will be her final send off ceremony.
