Sumfest, established in the 1990s, has been described as “the greatest show on earth” because of the remarkable lineup of performances that continue to draw audiences from near and far. Sumfest took a short break after the COVID-19 pandemic struck and successfully returned in 2022.

The 2023 staging of the popular music festival will now see Reggae and Dancehall singers Gyptian, Tanya Stephens, and Jah Vinci crooning some of their hit songs.

The announcements of the additional entertainers were made online, informing fans that Gyptian and Jah Vinci are booked for July 21, while Tanya Stephens will perform on July 22. Gyptian is no stranger to Reggae Sumfest, as he performed on its massive stage in 2020, and Jah Vinic made his official Reggae Sumfest debut in 2011.

Fans have been responding well to the news that the three singers have been booked for the show. One person reacted to the announcement with Tanya Stephens by exclaiming, “Listen, the best reggae show on earth!!”

The lineup so far includes Valiant, Freddie McGregor, Chronic Law, Kabaka Pyramid, Marion Hall, Tommy Lee, Richie Spice, and Morgan Heritage.
