Kodak Black Confident That He Can Beat Jay-z In A VERZUZ BATTLE
Share
“ZEZE” rapper Kodak Black just broke the internet with some bold statements, surrounding a call out to Jay-Z to challenge him on the Verzuz competition, however, the bold request did not come by itself as the 24-year-old rap star also dropped a business proposal to the “Empire State Of Mind” artiste, which had Twitter users rolling on the floor.
Since recently there have been several requests being sent out by Verzuz fans to see Jay appear on the rap battle platform to face off against suggested rappers such as Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Eminem, Busta Rhymes, and even Future.
Kodak Black, however, did not make his fans do the calling out for him as he went directly at ‘Hov’, letting him know that if he chooses to battle him, and wins he will hand over 15% of his catalogue to him but in a situation that sees Jay losing, he will need to place Kodak Black as the Vice President of the popular “Roc Nation” label.
In the past Jay-z has made statements about not going on Verzuz, since he is not so sure that anyone could stand on the stage with him but some have said that a good competitor for him would be Busta Rhymes, who many think would beat him on the popular battle show.
Kodak feels different though, even though he is being called crazy by Twitter users who saw the rapper’s tweet, stating things like it being the most disrespectful thing said on the social platform since the beginning of the year, and that he has lost his mind.
Regardless of the negative comments though, there are persons who have claimed they like the energy that the young rapper is pushing even though he might not stand a chance against Jay-z due to him not having the catalogue to match up.
Check out the tweet below.
