A video recently went viral on World Star Hip Hop showing a man captured by way of a surveillance camera attacking a 17-year-old girl in close vicinity of a South San Jose School in broad daylight.

This report was given by Officer Steve Aponte, a San Jose Police officer who also made it clear that the persons who were alerted to the incident might have actually caused a rape not to occur.
The man identified in relation to the incident is 38-year-old Jamal Boykin who was detained in relation to the incident and slapped with attempted rape and assault charges without bail.
