Peter Phillips resigns after Election loss

Leader of the opposition Dr. Peter Phillips held a press briefing today September 4th at the PNP headquarters, a day after losing to the JLP in Jamaica’s 18 general elections.
Phillips explains that the responsibility for the outcome of the election must lay on the shoulder of the leader of the party and as a result he is sticking to his words of stepping down should he lose the election.
